We require a 25% reservation deposit upon booking. The availability calendars can be viewed on the “availability” tab.

If you have friends visiting while staying at the Folk Tree Lodge, there will be an extra charge of $15 per visitor (this includes parking). We can only allow a few guests at a time so please talk to us before making any invitations. Guests vehicles should be parked in the visitor parking area. Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight.
You can purchase firewood for $10 per wheelbarrow
Upon request, we may allow for an extended stay if the circumstances allow. The rate is $15 per additional hr.
Upon request, we may allow for parking of RV / Trailers on the property if the circumstances allow. The rate is a $30 per day campsite fee
